I couldn't recommend this towel enough!! Stretching with it is a dream. And using it on machinery is a total breeze. It is very easy to wash as well. Big ✅️ for me.
Great quality. This colour is gorgeous!! Love these towels. The built-in stretch band is great, as is the hoodie to keep the towel in place. Perfect size to cover a bench. Very lightweight with soft, absorbent fabric. The instruction sheet and videos demonstrating the stretches you can do with the towels are very helpful.

The towel is a game changer, from start to finish The Towel joins me on my daily workouts. Personally I’ve never used towels for training until I tried recently The Towel.
The big difference for me it has been it’s functionality within the stretch movements either pre/post workouts.
Additionally, it allows me to keep myself and the equipment I’m using clean during the strength training group sessions I normally perform.

So much thought has gone into this product! Grom the high quality fabric, to the lip which fits perfectly over the bench so it doesn’t slide around while you’re training. So functional and stylish. Highly recommend!!
